Shandong Hongli Anywhere Environmental Science & Technology Group is a backbone producer of heat pumps, the organization unit for construction of state-level technical center on heat pump system engineering, the vice standing directorship unit on construction science and technology of the Ministry of Construction, and the supporting unit of Shandong Provincial Engineering and Technological Research Center for Heat Pump Units. It is located in middle section of Huixian Road, State Weifang High-tech Industry Development Zone. It is assessed as the Key Hi-tech Enterprise of National Torch Program by the Ministry of Science and Technology. This Group has a land area of more than 400 mu, building area of more than 60,000 square meters, assets of more than 200 million yuan, and annual output value capacity of 500 million yuan. It has a staff of more than 1,000 including 300 engineers and technicians including professors and doctors. It has internationally topping heat pump production units and factory buildings which conform to the international standards. It has established Shandong Provincial Engineering and Technological Research Center for Heat Pump Units that is designated by Shandong Department of Science and Technology, and country-level heat pump engineering laboratory. It is a country-level hi-tech manufacturer of heat pumps. It is the co-organizer of Collection of National Standard Drawings of Heat Pump Hot-water Systems, Specifications on Energy Saving Standards, Acceptance, and Construction of Public Buildings, Technologies of Water Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps, and the monthly of Ground Source Heat Pumps.
Our principal products are modular ground source heat pump water chilling and heating units, modular air source heat pump water chilling and heating units, modular multiple source heat pump water chilling and heating units, dual operating mode solar energy water chilling and heating units, large screw water source heat pump units. Of them, air source heat pump air conditioning unit, ground source heat pump air conditioning unit, and ground temperature heat pump air conditioning unit were assessed as National Key New Product for Popularization by the five ministries and commissions including the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Environmental Protection Administration; modular ground source heat pump units have filled up the domestic blank and taken the lead in the world; multiple source heat pump air conditioning unit is China's patent of invention, original in the world, filling up the international blank and leading the international technology level; high temperature water source heat pump units boast leading technology at home. In December 2007, the dual operating model solar heat pump system was assessed by the Science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Construction with the conclusion of "reaching the domestically leading level and having extensive application value". In December 2005, Hongli Ground Source Heat Pump Water Chilling and Heating Unit was assessed as the Preferred Technology Brand of China Science and Technology Real Estate by the Ministry of Construction. In January 2006, ground source heat pump air conditioning unit was included in the list of Fifty Kinds of Significant Power-saving Technology Equipment of Shandong Province by Shandong Economic and Trade Commission, and Shandong Department of Science and Technology. In December 2006, Hongli Company topped the Eight Best Enterprises with Advantage in Independent Innovation in Use of Geothermal Energy in the commending conference for independent innovation in construction science and technology that was held in the Great Hall of the People. And Anywhere ground source heat pump air conditioning unit was assessed as Famous Brand Product of Shandong province. In July 2007, Hongli Ground source heat pump air conditioning units, air source heat pump air conditioning units were listed in the Category of Regenerative Energy Application Technologies for Building Energy Saving by Scientific and Technical Means for the 11th Five-year Planning of the Ministry of Construction. Hongli occupied two of the eight regenerative new energy technologies for buildings listed in the Category. In January 2008, Hongli ranked first in the list of China's Top Ten Influencing Enterprises for Building Energy Saving, 2007, which was sponsored by the Ministry of Construction. From 2006 to 2007, Hongli Company had undertaken more than ten demonstration projects for shallow layer geothermal energy regenerative energy of the Ministry of Construction, and the Ministry of Finance, which have significantly pushed forward the application of geothermal energy technology and the development of this industry in China.
In this field, Hongli took the lead in passing ISO9001 certification and ISO14001 certification. It has 31 items of proprietary technology with independent intellectual property, of which two are patent of invention and 29 are patent of utility model. Hongli compiled the Standards on Ground Source Heat Pumps, Standards on High Temperature Heat Pumps, and Standards on Solar Energy Heat Pumps, which were the first batch of industrial standards and local standards in this field in China, and they have been recorded in Shandong Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Hongli Company has been assessed as Science and Technology Intensive Technology of Shandong Province, Model Enterprise in Manufacturing Informationization, and "Chinese Patent ·Shandong Star Enterprise" by Shandong Department of Science and Technology. In 2005, Hongli Company passed CRAA certification, was designated to produce ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, and terminal products by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, and obtained the national production license of refrigeration air conditioners.
Shandong Provincial Engineering and Technological Research Center for Heat Pump Units, technically supported by Shandong Hongli Air-conditioning Equipment Co., Ltd. is the first R&D base of heat pumps taking an enterprise as its carrier in Shandong Province. The Center has played a driving role for the development of heat pump industry in Shandong and also provided a platform for rapid R&D of heat pump technologies at a high level. The national heat pump system engineering and technical research center that is planned to invest with capital of 200 million yuan by Weifang Municipal Government, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Hongli Group is prepared to construct. Its construction will surely push forward China's heat pump industry significantly and become a platform for international exchange on heat pump technologies.
